Adelante Mujer Latina

Dear Adelante Exhibitor:

This letter is to confirm you as an Exhibitor at the 26th Annual Adelante Mujer Latina Conference. The Conference is on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at Pasadena City College, 1570 E. Colorado Boulevard. 

Our goal is to make this event enjoyable and meaningful for all.  Below is information you may find useful for conference day.

Arrive between 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 pm to set up your area. 

Parking in Structure 10 & 11 – which is on the corner of Green St. and S. Holliston Ave. Parking will be free all day. Limited street parking around campus is available (please read parking signs carefully).

Check-in at the Exhibitor Registration table in the quad - look for the hot pink and yellow balloons.  Volunteers will be available in the registration area should you need help unloading materials from your vehicle.

In the event of rain, you will be directed by a volunteer to the new location. 

Bring plenty of handouts as we have over 1,600 attendees registered this year.  Attendees will visit the Exhibitor area from 12:00 pm- 2:00 pm. 

Lunch will be provided from 12:45 pm to 2:00pm.  Every effort will be made to have Exhibitors served first.
